My husband needed extensive PT last year after a surgery & taking him to appointments I decided to stop putting off dealing with an old injury of my own. We absolutely love the team at Beyond Limits & we’ve been very happy with our PT as well as our customer service experience. We’ve both worked with Jason for our PT & we’ve been very happy with his care of us: he is always on time; communicates clearly; takes time to listen to our concerns; he tries different things & is very knowledgeable. Overall- the staff is amazing. They took time to get to know us & check in with us. We love the laughter that often accompanies our time in the office. They make us feel like VIP’s. The office is super clean & we appreciate always having the option of having a private room if we’d like.

I’ve been going to beyond limits for 2 years now, due to knees that were destroyed while on active duty. This place is amazing. Request Justin he’s the best, very knowledgeable and will push you to the limits while carefully taking care of you. The front desk staff is extremely nice as well.

I’ve been going to Beyond Limits for 4 months now as I have navigated a catastrophic injury to my knee (tore the ACL, MCL, PCL, etc) and I would recommend them to all my friends and family for anything. Some of my family now drives all the way from Alpine to go here, they’re that good. Every one of the PTs here has been phenomenal. I did pre-op therapy to restore full range of motion to my knee in under 4 weeks, for which my surgeon was thrilled, and the PTs here got me back to walking post surgery in under two weeks. They have a lot of equipment here that really helps make a huge difference especially when compared to the exercises I do at home. It feels like a family here and I wouldn’t recommend anywhere else.

I have been to several physical therapists in my life and I must say that Kasia is the best PT I have ever worked with. She gave me my sex life back and the tools and exercises that will serve me well and keep me happy for years to come.

Having been diagnosed with a prolapsing uterus and dyspareunia, I was referred to pelvic health physical therapist, Kasia Romanowska. With my diagnosis I was really quite worried that my sex life would never be the same and that there wasn’t much I could do about it. However, Kasia listened to my concerns and gently and discreetly evaluated my condition on my first visit. Then, with atypical thoughtfulness and thoroughness, was able to create a therapy program that improved my condition to the point that my prolapse is much improved and intercourse is back to being very pleasurable and satisfying. Before I met Kasia, I was unaware that such a non-surgical opportunity for improvement in pelvic health even existed! I was happily surprised that Kasia provided me with more modalities and options for healing than I ever would have guessed existed and she researched to make sure she could offer me as many choices as possible to improve my condition. She is open and kind and very non-judgmental and there was never a worry that ANY of my intimate concerns were dismissed or forgotten. I have been to several physical therapists in my life and I must say that Kasia is the best PT I have ever worked with. She gave me my sex life back and the tools and exercises that will serve me well and keep me happy for years to come.

After all, I have spoken with many women over the years that have had pelvic difficulties and were sadly just living with their progressive complications, having no knowledge that non-surgical interventions were available.

When I first came into Beyond Limits, I couldn’t do regular activities, like reaching for something in the back seat of my car or doing water aerobics. Beyond Limits worked wonders for my back pain. I went from extreme pain to no pain within a month’s time.
