“As a Physical Therapist Assistant, I have so much fun guiding people through their recovery journey with evidence-based interventions. I take pride in building a connection with patients, as it allows me to better understand their unique challenges and share in personal victories both big and small! I truly believe that movement is medicine. I love to have a good time in the clinic and will do what I can to help my patients smile through their discomfort.”
- AAS Physical Therapy Assistant: Salt Lake Community College
- Certified PelvicFloor1: Academy of Pelvic Health, APTA
- Member: American Physical Therapy Association, Academy of Pelvic Health
Lindsay believes therapy should be both challenging and fun as she works to get people of all ages back to doing what they love to do. She treats a variety of orthopedic conditions and has a growing interest in Pelvic Health. Lindsay loves to learn about pain science and understands the importance of a regulated nervous system in healing from injury or surgery.
Lindsay stays busy as a mom to two young boys with endless energy. She enjoys strength training in her garage gym, playing competitive “old lady” volleyball, learning to dance with her husband, and making time to laugh and enjoy being very, very unserious
